I'm Todd Herman

Over the years I’ve helped tens of thousands of people achieve their most ambitious goals by becoming more resilient, creative, confident, and courageous.

I’ve clocked over 18,000 hours on the field of play working one-on-one with people from all backgrounds and circumstances to develop an impenetrable mindset.

I know the mental performance game better than anyone. My execution, mindset strategies, and systems are used by ambitious people to do tough stuff.

I’ve been through some hard stuff of my own and I understand the things that drive people are often complex and nuanced. Although I’m known for being brutally honest and often tough on my clients, I’m also deeply empathetic and compassionate because I know how important it is to not treat everyone like a nail, just because you’re a hammer.

I'm not for everyone

Things people either love or hate me for…

( but will never change )
1

I'm bullshit intolerant

Like gluten, bullshit is in a surprising amount of things these days. As my dad says, you can take a piece of cow-shit, wrap it in a red ribbon, but it’s still a piece of cow-shit.
2

I'm a farm boy

Growing up on a large farm, I developed a healthy dislike for chicken coops, picking stones, cabbage and self-righteous people. Hopefully, you're not one of those things.
3

I'm dyslexic

It's a superpower more than anything else. Among other things, I think in pictures instead of words and can quickly turn any complex concept into an easy to understand model.
4

I'm big on nicknames

A nickname can say a lot about a person and if I give you one, it means I like you. Whether you like your new nickname, doesn't really matter.
5

I'm a data nerd

I can recall facts and data as if reading a good storybook. Call me Joe Friday, but just give me the facts ma'am and we'll get along fine. The truth is in the data.
6

I make mistakes

I once did a speech to an audience of 8,000 with my fly down. I saw it on the big screen, joked about it and moved on. I'm far from caring about perfect.

I even wrote the book on it…

The mental game playbook to help you achieve anything.
