PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing this product (referred to below as the “Program”, “Product”, “Course”, “Training” or “Recordings”) from Herman Global Ventures, LLC, (the “Company,” “we,”, “us”, “Herman Global”) you are purchasing access for one (1) person to be a registered user (“user”, “you”, “yourself”, “your”) of the Program.

Acceptance of terms and conditions

By completing the purchase for a particular product, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). You will ensure that your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person attending the Training on your behalf shall comply with these Terms. The Contract is formed when your order is submitted.

General

The Training includes program access and any course content and materials, if applicable, that is furnished by the Company (collectively, “Content”) and access to a website for members of the Program (the “Site”).

By purchasing access to the Program, you hereby agree to these Terms of Purchase, the Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Community Rules (collectively, this “Agreement”) and the following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Program which form a legal agreement between you and the Company.

You agree to be bound by these Terms, which you acknowledge that you have read and understood. You must be at least 16 years of age or older to purchase access to the Program. Children under the age of majority should review this Agreement with their parent or legal guardian.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Purchase and the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy, these Terms of Purchase shall control.

Registration and Payment

Registration in the Program includes access for one (1) person.

Payment will be made via our merchant account provider (and you consent to us passing your necessary details to the merchant account provider and to the processing of necessary information about you) or directly to our bank account, as notified to you. We reserve the right to run price promotions as we deem appropriate.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact care@toddherman.me for a full refund for your purchase within 14 days. Beyond 14 days the program is no longer eligible for a refund.

Indemnification

Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, Company’s officers, employers, employees, contractors, directors, related entities, trustees, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever – including without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, and disbursements – which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the product(s), excluding, however, any such expenses and liabilities which may result from a breach of this Agreement or sole negligence or willful misconduct by Company, or any of its shareholders, trustees, affiliates or successors. Client shall defend Company in any legal actions, regulatory actions, or the like arising from or related to this Agreement.

Client recognizes and agrees that all of the Company’s shareholders, trustees, affiliates and successors shall not be held personally responsible or liable for any actions or representations of the Company. In consideration of and as part of my payment for the right to participate in Herman Global Ventures Programs, the undersigned, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do hereby release, waive, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend, hold harmless and forever discharge Herman Global Ventures and its subsidiaries, principals, directors, employees, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns and any of the training instructors, guides, staff or students taking part in the training in any way as well as the venue where the Programs are being held (if applicable) and any of its owners, executives, agents, or staff (hereinafter “Releasees”) of and from all actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands and damages of whatever nature or kind in law or in equity arising from my participation in the Programs.

Your Agreement to these Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of all the individuals included, and all are bound by the booking conditions.
