Step #4: Your Mentor Coach will reach out inviting you to lock time in their calendar.

How long does each coaching session go for?
You will have up to 1 hour with your Mentor Coach per session.
How are the coaching sessions conducted?
Sessions may be held by phone, Skype or Zoom. Your Mentor Coach will provide all the details you need to connect once your time is scheduled.
Can I contact my mentor coach between sessions?
If you have a quick question or can’t wait to share a win between your sessions, don’t hesitate to email your Mentor Coach. They’ll love to hear your progress. But please keep the coaching to your scheduled calls.
Will the mentor coach guarantee my results?
You are responsible for producing the results in your business, and your decisions are your own. Your Mentor Coach will provide a solid strategic foundation and support to help you achieve your desired results, however they are not responsible for your actions and outcomes.
As with any business goal you aim for, the result you ultimately achieve is based on many variables, including your level of effort, business acumen, personal qualities, knowledge, skills, and a host of other factors. Since these factors differ for each person, we can neither know, nor guarantee, what results you will achieve from working with a Mentor Coach, nor are we responsible for your success or failure.
While we value speed in decision making and execution, it takes time, effort, and dedication to build a strong, sustainable business. Your success will be earned by you and no one can take that from you!
What if I need to reschedule?
Once your sessions are booked with your Mentor Coach, the time is reserved for you. If there is an emergency and you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least a 2 business days notice to your coach. Without proper notice, session time will lost and you will miss a massive growth opportunity.
If you must reschedule, please be aware that your Mentor Coach can not guarantee when the next available session time will be so I urge you to make that time a priority in your calendar and non-negotiable.
What is your refund policy?
Mentor Coaching is not a “try it and see” exercise and there is no refund so please think very carefully before taking a slot form another business owner. These sessions are ONLY for highly committed business owners ready to take massive action in the next 90 days. If you are not fully committed to your own success, how can you expect anyone else to be?
In order to get the very best results for your business, the coaching relationship must be based on trust and respect and as such, your Mentor Coach reserves the right to decide which clients to dedicate their time to. Should any member behave disrespectfully towards either them, myself or my support team you will be immediately removed from the Mentor Coaching program, the 90 Day Year program and community.
