You must be passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed. You are a problem-solver and lover of creating positive relationships. The online business world is exciting to you – and you love to learn as much as you can. You are a people person who can deal with customer service challenges with grace and professionalism. You expertly resolve situations, considering both the business bottom line and the heart and soul of the customer relationship. In short, you are awesome at having heart in your hustle. You have an eye for detail and a quick mind. You are a fast-mover who has the flexibility to change focus when necessary. You are able to learn new programs quickly.

You believe in the pursuit of excellence. Not just getting something done, but rising to the occasion and bring your best to each interaction you have with the customer.

THINGS YOU'VE DONE IN THE PAST

  • Customer Service
  • Finance and/or Administration

SO WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Work daily in Zendesk and Infusionsoft
  • Respond to Zendesk customer service queries, meeting a goal of 8 hour response time
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the 90 Day Year programs to best answer questions and help clients determine whether or not the program will benefit them.
  • Contact customers to update expired credit cards
  • Assist in researching and managing failed payments
  • Send accounts to collections when necessary
  • Exhibit high degree of professionalism and care when calling and discussing payment issues with members.
  • Be a presence in Facebook to proactively handle customer service issues that may be asked.

DURING LAUNCH

  • Launching of the 90 Day Year is an exciting, fast-paced, all hands on deck experience. During this time you will:
  • Work alongside an amazing team of high performing professionals
  • Have a high degree of schedule flexibility
  • Answer chats, customer support tickets, and emails regarding questions about the program
  • Create accounts, correct errors, and assist new members in getting signed on to the member site and app.
  • Be able to change tasks quickly when projects arise
